جسٹس انوار الحسن پنوں نے وکیل سے استفسار کیا کہ یہ فرح کون ہے؟۔ وکیل نے بتایا کہ سر یہ وہی ہے۔ جج نے دوبارہ پوچھا کہ وہی تو ہے لیکن کون ہے؟،۔جسٹس باقر نجفی نے وکیل سے استفسار کیا کہ ان کا مسئلہ کیا ہے؟، فرح خان کے وکیل اظہر صدیق نے کہا کہ گوجرانولہ میں ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی قانون کے مطابق بنائی گئی، نیب غیرقانونی طور پر نوٹسز جاری کررہا ہے۔
نیب پراسیکیوٹر کو جواب جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے سماعت 22 مئی تک ملتوی کردی۔
