وزیراعلیٰ کو متحدہ علما بورڈ کے قیام کے اغراض و مقاصد اور کارکردگی پر بریفنگ دی گئی۔ شرکا سے گفتگو میں وزیراعلیٰ علی امین گنڈا پور نے کہا کہ تمام مکاتب فکر کے علما پر مشتمل متحدہ علما بورڈ کا قیام ایک احسن اقدام ہے، صوبے میں بین المسالک اور بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی کو فروغ دینے میں متحدہ علما بورڈکا کردار لائق تحسین ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کے علاوہ مختلف بیماریوں اور سماجی برائیوں کے خلاف شعور اُجاگر کرنے میں بھی متحدہ علماءبورڈ اہم کردار ادا کر رہا ہے، صوبائی حکومت متحدہ علما بورڈ کے اس کردار کو قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتی ہے۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ موجودہ صوبائی حکومت تمام مذہبی اور سماجی معاملات میں علمائے کرام کو ساتھ لے کر آگے بڑھنا چاہتی ہے، اس سلسلے میں متحدہ علما بورڈ کی وساطت سے علمائے کرام کے ساتھ قریبی روابط رکھے جائیں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بانی چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی نے ہمیشہ ریاست مدینہ کی بات کی اور ایسی حکومت کا قیام علمائے کرام کے تعاون و مدد سے ہی ممکن ہے۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے اعلان کیا کہ ابتدائی مرحلے میں صوبائی اسمبلی کے ہر حلقے میں 15 مساجد اور 10 مدارس کو سولرائزکیا جارہا ہے ، مدارس کے بچوں کی صلاحیتوں کو اجاگر کرنے کے لیے پروگراموں پر عمل درآمد تیز کیا جائے گا، ان پروگراموں میں بچیوں کے مدارس کو بھی شامل کیا جائے گا۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے فکسڈ پے پر اوقاف کی مساجد میں خدمات سر انجام دینے والے اماموں اور خطیبوں کو مستقل کرنے کیلئے پالیسی بنانے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ زکوٰة کے نظام میں اصلاحات لا رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے اپیل کی کہ زکوٰة کو اصل حقدار تک پہنچانے میں علمائے کرام تعاون کریں۔
