گورنر کے پرنسپل سیکرٹری کی جانب سے صوبہ بھر کی یونیورسٹیوں کو باقاعدہ تحریری ہدایات جاری کی گئی ہیں کہ پشاور ہائی کورٹ میں خیبرپختونخوا کی بعض یونیورسٹیوں کی اراضی کی فروخت یا لیز پر دینے پر حکم امتناعی جاری ہے لہذا صوبہ بھر کی یونیورسٹیوں کو اس ضمن میں کسی قسم کا قدم نہیں اٹھانا چاہیے۔
گورنر فیصل کریم کنڈی کا کہنا ہے کہ جب تک چانسلر رہوں گا کسی یونیورسٹی کی ایک انچ اراضی نہیں بیچنے دوں گا۔
