اسلام آباد میں وکلا کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کے صدر شہزاد شوکت نے کہا کہ آئینی عدالت کے قیام سے سب سے اتفاق کیا۔ کہنا تھا کہ ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ اس معاملے پر گفت و شنید کا سلسلہ جاری رہنا چاہیے۔

شہزاد شوکت نے کہا کہ آرٹیکل 63 اے کی تشریح کے فیصلے پر ہمارے تحفظات ہیں، ہم نے اس معاملے پر ایک درخواست بھی دائر کر رکھی ہے اور ہمارا سپریم کورٹ سے مطالبہ ہے کہ آرٹیکل 63 اے کے فیصلے کے خلاف ہماری درخواست پر سماعت کی جائے۔

وزیرقانون اعظم نذیر تارڑ کا کہنا تھا کہ عدالتی پیکیج عام سائلین کی آسانی کے لیے ہے، کمیٹی بنائیں ہم شرکت کریں گے۔
