اس وقت جو پاکستان میں حالات ہیں مجھے اپنے بچپن کے کچھ کھیل یاد اگئے ویسے تو بچپن میں کافی کھیل تھے ان بچپن کےتمام کھیلوں میں ایک کھیل کا ذکر کرنا چاہوں گا جو اس وقت ہمارے ایوانوں میں کھیلا جا رہا ہے جو بچپن میں مجھے سب سے منفرد کھیل لگتا تھا اس کا نام تھا باندر کلعہ اس میں کچھ دوست کچھ رشتہ داروں اور بھائی کزن وغیرہ اکٹھے ہوتے ہیں سب سے پہلے زمین میں ایک قلعہ گاڑا جاتا ہے پھر اس کلے پہ ایک مضبوط رسی باندھی جاتی ہے پھر باریاں لگتی ہیں جو اس باری میں سب سے آخر میں اتا ہے اس کو وہ رسی پکڑ کر اس کلا کے پاس کھڑا ہونا پڑتا ہے باقی جو افراد ہوتے ہیں اٹھ یا 10 یا 15 وہ تمام کے تمام اپنے جوتے اتار کر اس قلعے کے درمیان میں رکھ دیتے ہیں قلعے کے پاس کھڑا ہوا شخص ان تمام جوتیوں کی حفاظت کرتا ہے اور یہ کسی کو اٹھانے نہیں دیتا جب کوئی جوتی اٹھانے کی کوشش کرتا ہے تو یہ جو کلعےکے اوپر کھڑا ہوا شخص اس کو ہاتھ لگا دیتا ہے اگر اس کو ہاتھ لگ جائے تو اس باندر کلعے پر اس کو کھڑا ہونا پڑتا ہے اس سارے کھیل میں تمام لڑ کے اپنے جوتے اٹھانے کی کوشش کرتے اگر وہ کسی کو نہ ہاتھ لگا پائے اور سارے جوتے اس کے کلعے سے تمام لڑکے اٹھا لے تو اس کے بعد اس کلعے پر کھڑا ہوا جو شخص ہوتا ہے اس کو اپنی جان بچانے کے لیے وہاں سے بھاگنا پڑتا ہے جب تک اس کے ہاتھ میں وہ کلعے کی رسی ہوتی ہے تب تک کوئی بھی اس کو کچھ نہیں کہہ پاتا جب وہ رسی چھوڑ کر دوڑ لگاتا ہے تو تمام لڑکے جوتے لے کر اس کے پیچھے بھاگتے ہیں اور اس کی خوب پٹائی کرتے ہیں ان تمام پٹائی کرنے والوں میں کوئی کسی کا بھائی ہوتا ہے کوئی کسی کا کزن ہوتا ہے کوئی کسی کا محلے دار ہوتا ہے کوئی دوست ہوتا ہے یہ تمام کے تمام اس کھیل کے بعد اکٹھے کھا پی رہے اور مسکرا رہے ہوتے ہیں حالانکہ کھیل کے دوران ان تمام نے ایک دوسرے کی کافی بری درگت بنائی ہوتی ہے مگر جب کھیل ختم ہو جاتا ہے تو یہ تمام کے تمام ایک دوسرے کے ویسے ہی دوست ہوتے ہیں جیسے وہ کبھی ایک دوسرے سے جھگڑےہی نہ ہوں
اس وقت سیاست میں بھی کچھ ایسے ہی حالات دکھائی دیتے ہیں ۔ کیونکہ انتخابات سے قبل یہ تمام لوگ آپ میں دست و گریبان ہوتے ہیں اور ایک دوسرے کے جس قسم کی غلیظ زبان استعمال کی جاتی ہے اس کا کسی بھی تعلیم یافتہ معاشرے میں تصور بھی نہیں کیا جاسکتا اور اسی بندر کلے کا کھیل صاف نظر آرہا ہوتا ہے اور جونہی مفادات کا بات آتی ہے تو یہ ایک دوسرے پر کیچڑ اچھالنے والے اور ایک دوسرے کے پیٹ پھاڑنے والے ایک ہی پلیٹ فارم پر اکٹھے دکھائی دیتے ہیں جس سے تو صرف یہی تصور کیا جاسکتا ہے کہ یہاں سیاست عبادت نہیں بلکہ ایک کھیل کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے اسی لئے جب یہ لوگ باہر ہوتے ہیں تو ایک دوسرے پر کیچڑ اچھال رہے ہوتے ہیں اور جونہی اسمبلی کے فورم پر جاتے ہیں تو مفاداتی گروہ اکٹھا ہوجاتا ہے اور جنہیں مفادات کا حصول نہیں ہوتا یعنی اپوزیشن پھر وہ
دوسرا محاذ سنبھال لیتی ہے
جبکہ پس پردہ ایک دوسرے کے جگری یار ہیں کوئی دوست ہے کوئی رشتہ دار ہے کوئی بزنس مین ہے جب یہ اسمبلی میں ہوتے ہیں ایک دوسرے کو گالیاں دے رہے ہوتے ہیں ایک دوسرے سے جھگڑا کر رہے ہوتے ہیں ایک دوسرے کے خلاف نعرے بازی کر رہے ہوتے ہیں یہ وہی باندر قلعے والا کھیل ہے کہ بظاہر یہ ایک دوسرے کے دشمن ہیں مگر حقیقت میں یہ کھیل کھیل رہے ہیں غریب عوام سے جو اس وقت غریب عوام زندگی جی رہی ہے جو غربت کی لکیر سے نیچے جی رہے ہیں اور جو ان کے حالات ہیں جو عوام چیخ رہی ہے اور شور ڈال رہی ہے مہنگائی نے کمر توڑ دی ہے عوام کی بجلی کے بلوں نے عوام کی چیخیں نکال دی ہیں انکو عوام کا احساس کیوں ہوگا کیونکہ انہوں نے کون سی عوام والی زندگی جینی ھے زندگی تو حکمرانوں کی ھے تمام اپنے فائدے کے لیے سیاست میں ائے ہوئے ہیں نہ کہ عوام کے لیے ان کو اپنے مفادات کا ہے ان کو عوام کی تکالیف کا عوام کے بچوں کی تعلیم کا عوام ذرہ بھر بھی احساس نہیں ہے کہ عوام اس وقت کس حالات میں ہے کیا کر رہی ہے اپنا کیسے گزارا کریں یا ان کو کوئی احساس نہیں ہوتا ان حکمرانوں کو تو صرف اپنی پڑی ہوئی ہے اپنی کرسی کی پڑی ہوئی ہے اپنےاقتدار کی پڑی ہوئی ہے اپنی جان کی پڑی ہوئی ہے صرف اور صرف اقتدار کی پڑی ہوئی ہے یہ عوام کے بارے میں کیا سوچے گی جن کو صرف اپنے مفادات کی ہے ائی ایم ایف سے جو قرضے لیے جا رہے ہیں ان کا بھی تمام کا تمام بوجھ عوام پہ ڈالا جا رہا ہے ساری زندگی عوام کما کما کر ان سیاست دانوں کا ان حکمرانوں کا پیٹ پال رہی ہے لیکن عوام کب تک یہ کرے گی اس وقت جو حالات ہیں غریب عوام کے لئے بچوں کا پیٹ پالنا مشکل ہو گیا ہے مزید حالات مشکلات کی طرف جا رہے ہیں ایک طرف وزیراعظم اور وزیر اعلی مہنگائی کم کرنےکی باتیں کر رہے ہیں اور اس وقت جو حالات ہیں رمضان المبارک کے بابرکت مہینے میں مہنگائی نے غریب عوام کی مزید کمر توڑ دی ہے غریب عوام کے لیے روزے رکھنا سحری کرنا مشکل ہو چکا ہے سبزیوں کے ریٹ پیاز ادرک لہسن کے ریٹ

اور تبادلوں پر زور دیا بڑی بڑی سیٹوں کو ادھر سے ادھر کیا جا رہا ہے عوام کے لیے صرف سوچا جا رہا ہے کیا کچھ نہیں جا رہا ویسے یہ بھی غنیمت ہے کہ چلیں غریب عوام کے بارے میں سوچا تو جا رہا ہے دوسری طرف اپوزیشن نے شور شرابہ کیا ہوا ہے کہ تمام ملک میں احتجاج ہوگا اس سے حالات مذیدخراب ہوں گے مہنگائی اور بڑے گی بے روزگاری بڑھے گی مشکلات میں اضافہ ہوگا عوام تو پہلے ہی مہنگائی کی چکی میں پس رہی ہے لیکن یہ حکمران ہیں کہ ان کا باندرکلعے والا کھیل ختم ہونے کا نام ہی نہیں لے رہا اس پر مجھے ایک قطہ یاد ایا…سچ کہو تو مجھے عنوان برا لگتا ہے
